When social networking with friends and if you begin to be unprofessional it could effect future employment.  Something to always remember is to always be professional when being on any network.  Don’t have pictures on your profile with a bikini top on or smoking or anything else that can make you seem unprofessional. Your reputation as a person follows you regardless if you are with friends, family, or co-workers if you make a habit being professional around people that are the closest to you then it should be second nature be professional all the time.

Self Branding

            To see people destroying our world everyday by making our animals extinct, our water full of oil, and killing our rain forest.  To ensure that no more animals are extinct, to have back up plans to ensure billions of gallons of oil will no longer be gushing into our lakes and oceans, and that recycling will take the place of killing all our trees.  When analyzing myself I found that I have great dedication, honesty, sensitivity, and sharing with a lot of drive.  I have passion to succeed and would like to give that dedication to working with animals.  So within two years I will be done with my education I want to use that to start my own boarding kennel. In five years the hopes that my business will have the same drive that I have given myself.  I will ensure my customers feel great about leaving their dogs for I hope I will have the top of line web cams and facility to accommodate all my customers.

Looking at all the web sites ans self branding assessments I learned a lot about of myself and what is needed to be the best at my purpose in life.

Interview Questions

Do you take work home with you? The best answer would be if it is needed I would because you know the importance of deadlines.
What did you like or dislike about your previous job? Try to always be positive because the future employer doesn't want you in the future to be talking bad about them.
Why were you fired?  Talk about that it was the wrong job for you or that it was a blessing in disguise allowing you to adventure out. 
How would you describe the pace at which you work? Answering this question being fast is not always considered better but saying you work at a steady pace and a head of schedule.
If you could relive the last 10 years of your life, what would you do differently? This question could be best answered by a personal dramatic experience that you wish would of happened differently.
What are your goals for the next five years / ten years?  When asked about your goals the answer should always be based toward the company and not on personal or family goals.

Mission Statement

The principles I live by in life are to be honest, trustworthly, and an upstanding individual.  I have always been an employee that can be depended on, a good friend with honesty and always one that can be trusted.
One statement my friends tend to say about me is that I can be brutally honest. In the meaning in that is, if I am asked a question I do not sugar coat the truth I say the truth.  I raise my daughters to be very polite, with morals, and to never tell lies.  I enjoy being a happy easy going person but when something needs to be done, I need to fill in for someone at work, or a friend is in need for assistance I am the one they usually call.

Extra Credit Assement

My experience with the questions of the career assessment was not bad. As expected a little time consuming but for the help it gives you to evaluate a career that you want it was very helpful.  My temperament type that the results showed, I was very pleased to see.  It stated that I was an ESTU type which means that I am easy going, adventurous, happy, sociable, sharp-witted, brave, competitive, pleasure seeking, and tolerant.  Which I think the results were right on with my personality. My dominant intelligence stated that I have Logical Mathematical, Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Linguistic and Bodily Kinesthetic.  For dominant abilities mare caring and serving,  teaching and coaching, mathematical, proactivity, self discipline and physical.  For my field work education, training and library, food preparation and serving, and management.
My knowledge age skills stated that I was strong in communication, business, team work, computer, and learning. In the adaptability section I showed that I would have reasonable characteristics.

Introduction

My name is KimMe Scripter I am a very outgoing, outspoken, a problem-solver, and a self starter in everything I set my mind to.  I enjoy my family and friends and love the time shared with them all. Balancing life with work or school then with family is challenging but I know I am always ready to concur any challenge.  I have had many different jobs from waitressing, being a teller at Sports Creek Raceway, to working in automotive factories and these jobs have had there challenges although some were hard to over come but I managed to be successful. 
I will be graduating from Davenport with a business degree and hope to own my own boarding kennel for pets so the challenges never end.
